Delivery & Packaging info

• Frozen Food (Pastizzi & Arancini):
  Frozen products are delivered by DPD Next Day Delivery. Charge for up to 5kg is €15.00. (Excluding Thermal Packaging)

*Unfortunately delivery delays, losses and damages during delivery, are out of our control and we cannot be responsible for said damages or delays. Since we are a small business, we cannot offer full refunds, as it is logistically impossible. However, every case is different, so we will assess the situation and see what can be done.
We of course, always try to be positive :)

• Thermal Packaging:
  Our Pastizzi and Arancini come vacuum packed and sealed. They also come with a thermal packaging which starts  from €4.00 per box.
  We use a combination of ice gel packs, premium boxes and pure sheep's wool fleece liners to keep our food in the best condition on its way to you. All ice-gel packs can be re-used and the wool can also be upcycled :)

Our wool liners are natural, renewable, reusable, recyclable, compostable and returnable should you wish. Wool is one of the most sustainable materials on the planet, being available in abundance as a by-product of rearing sheep here in Ireland.
